What Junior Neuro Bee Is
Junior Neuro Bee is a free, virtual neuroscience competition for grades 6-8 students. It runs on Zoom, so any student can join from anywhere. Every student also gets free access to a prep course built on the official Brain Facts study guide, plus live classes to help them get ready.

Junior Neuro Bee is founded and led by Navneeth Badhri, who placed 5th nationally in the USA Brain Bee, alongside Saket Lingamallu, a USA Biology Olympiad (USABO) Semifinalist, and Vishnu Vijeyanandh, a national HOSA competitor. NeuroSpark, the nonprofit behind Junior Neuro Bee, is fiscally sponsored by The Hack Foundation (EIN 81-2908499) and partners with organizations like the Alzheimer's Association.

How much does it cost to enter?
Nothing. Registration, the prep course, and all study materials are completely free, with no hidden fees at any stage.
Who can register?
Any student currently in grades 6-8 can register, regardless of school, location, or prior competition experience.
What do we need on competition day?
A computer or tablet with Zoom, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space to focus. No special equipment is required.
